How much does a new elevator cost?
The price depends on the type of elevator, number of floors, capacity, finishes and site conditions. At Karu Elevators® every quote is built around your project and budget, with a free technical visit in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.
What does the maintenance contract include?
We do not sell fixed packages: each contract is designed after assessing your equipment, how it is used and the type of property. It can include preventive visits, adjustments, safety checks, a service log, spare parts and, in every case, access to our 24/7 emergency line with priority response.
Do you handle emergencies 24 hours a day?
Yes, exclusively for customers with a maintenance contract: they have a direct 24/7 emergency line, 365 days a year, and in Los Cabos we arrive in under 1 hour (depending on traffic). If you are not a customer yet, the first step is a technical visit: you suggest 3 dates and we assess your equipment.
